The amentities were misstated contrary to printed directories. While restaurants and the marketplace were supposed to be open, they were not, or their operating hours changed. The hotel ATM was not working. Room service menus only offered 3-4 items actually on-site even though menu stated otherwise. Maid failed to leave necessities such as glasses, soap, wastepaper cans, cream/sugar for the coffee. While we had ordered room service, she left the dirty dishes and glasses each and every time in our room. No bathrobes. Cell phones did not work as the hotel is having problems with service. You couldn't find a cold drink to be had anywhere. Don't visit this property until they are actually ready to have guests staying at the hotel. While the staff were pleasant, they could not provide the service. The hotel obviously did a poor job training its personnel. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to ring up a drink. There were no activities going on each day even though they stated there were. Very expensive!!

It was my daughter's 11th birthday and we lucked into the opening day of the Resort. It was a fabulous experience all the way around. Special kudos to he pool staff who helped make birthday one of the best ever. The pool bar staff went above and beyond also. I would recommend this place to any and all!
