We booked our room on the Friday night prior to our trip. It was really LAST Minute!! We were surprised that anything was available in that area and not really sure what to expect not knowing much about the Jacksonville area. We asked about checking in a little early so that we could get settled before heading out to the game and were told, "no problem." When we arrived, we were very pleased with our room. The bed was really comfy so we slept well after the game. The location was close enough to the stadium for us to have an easy drive in and close to restaurants, etc. Everything was really clean and the staff was friendly. Our only glitch is that we were told upon checking in that a cot had become available for our son to sleep on and that it would be in our room set up after we returned from the game. When we came back -no cot... Then, we were told that none were available and the night staff didn't know what the day person was thinking. We ended up going to WalMart and buying a blow up mattress so that he wouldn't have to sleep on the floor. The staff did arrange for extra sheets and blankets for him and it wasn't a huge deal. However, we would have appreciated them letting us know there was no cot before we were ready to retire for the night. Shopping at midnight in an unfamiliar town when you have been up since 5 am is not a great way to end your day. Otherwise, everything else was great!

I stayed here a few weeks ago and needed help with directions and printing some important documents. The Sales Manager let me use her office and helped me personally. I was blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. The hotel is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Best place to stay in the area!

I recently stayed at the new fourpoints in Jacksonville and boy was i impessed. The rooms were very contemporary with a most comfortable bed I have slept in a long time. It was like home away from home. The beer selection at the bar was awesome. This is the first place bar that served the czech beer Chimay. The staff was also very hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel if you ever visit Jacksonville.
