From the time I pulled into the entrance to the hotel I was impressed. The staff from the front desk, to the club house. Even with a club at the hotel it was very peaceful. It will be hard to experiment with another hotel when the Epic provided everything. I hate I had migranes, that I couldn't enjoy myself.

When I pulled up to the front door I knew it was going to be special! The doormen and valet people were so helpful. Check in was nice and it was so quite and peaceful. My room was great, quiet, relaxing and right across from the ice machine but I was assured that I wouldn't have too much traffic. And I didn't. The computer in the room was a suprise, even though I had my laptop I didn't need it. I put on a robe and headed for the shower, then completely relaxed on that big bed. The conceirge and front desk staff were pleasant, happy and enjoyed answering questions about Miami and it's sights. Area 31, the hotel resturant was a nice spot for lunch, great portion sizes. The waitress was delighted to talk about the wine selections and the other drinks we had sitting on the patio were cool and refreshing. The pools were beautiful, the area clean and the staff attentive. The exercise room was bright, well lit and the equipment was working. I would recommend the Epic to those who would like a nice, quiet get away. Mostly couples as the place is very romantic with plenty of cozy little nooks. Or, if you just need to get away for a few days it's a great place to unwind. Everyone talks about the lack of customer service when they go out. The service was excellent and far exceeded my expectations.

This hotel was extremely beautiful. A bold, clean, and modern design - The staff was courteous and there seemed to be someone around whenever I needed something. The room was large and well-designed. A computer with internet access provided was a plus. The bathroom was divine with large soaking tub and separate shower. This was a perfect place for me on business and would be ideal for a romantic get-away. Tranquility at its best. I'm not sure I would be comfortable bringing young children.
