Although the manager was congenial and eager to please, her staff was somewhat disappointing. My phone had a short in it resulting in lots of static during calls; the remote was gone ; but the manager delivered a replacement quickly; the room had no fire safety features; there was no vent fan in the bathroom; a leaky toilet that ran all night for the first two nights despite the plumbers; attempt to fix it. I explained to the manager on the third night what the problem with the toilet actually was, and it got fixed quickly. The pillow stank like a sweaty unwashed man. I had to go buy my own in order to complete my stay, which was non-refundable. There were other obvious cleaning problems like nail polish streaks left on the bathroom sink by a previous tenant, stains of undetermined origin on the bath math, a tub faucet that was corroded, and sheets that were too small for the beds. Tepid describes the coolest temperature that the in-room refrigerator reached. No coffeemaker in my room as promised. I didn't even try the microwave. But the WiFi was good, the air conditioner finally got the room cooled and a bit less humid. There was plenty of hot water, the door locks worked fine, and the curtains concealed almost all of the view outside/inside.
