With how well decorated and how well appointed the rooms are, i.e. flat screens, giant bathrooms. I must say i was disappointed. The beds had great linens, but the mattress was not comfortable. Room service screwed up our order on two separate occasions. The first was a requested breakfast at a certain time. We waited a half hour after the scheduled arrival time for our food, and called downstairs. They claimed no one answered when they came to the door ;I knew it had to be BS because I had not left the room;, so they sent it up. The delivery people informed me that they had gone to the wrong room, and obviously there was no communication there between staff members. The second time was a botched order, and of course when I phoned them to inform them of their mistake, they said they were out of the requested item. Next time, do not just substitute something else. With all of this I was quite disappointed with the hotel. Knowing the westin name and knowing about the hotel, I was not happy to find out their service standards did not follow them. Stay at one of the casino hotels. Same price, better everything.

08/23/2009Stayed here two nights, staff was amazing, smiling, helpful. the restoration has made this a premier hotel, one of the top you will find in all categories! well done!

03/28/2009I stayed at this hotel in febuary for a week on business and the hotel was amazing. the staff was great, food was excelent and so was the service.
