  The staff was professional and polite, the hotel was new and clean, the room service was good food and the internet was free...it was an ultimate stay for business puposes. I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and really appreciated the free interet service...you rarely get that. This is a new hotel with spacious rooms and great food from room service. Try the apple pie from the restaurant attached.....I don't travel to JAX very often, but that apple pie might make me go again in the very near future.

  We stayed for business for nearly a week. The staff is excellent. The food great and the location was easy to get around. Shopping and great restaurants nearby. Hotel very clean and staff accomadatin. Will be staying again next week.

  New Sheraton Hotel, located a very short drive from St. John's Center, a shoppers paradise, and close to many Corporate Headquarters. Hotel still in process of being ""completed"", rooms are compact and nicely appointed. Staff helpful. Shula's Restuarant offers a ""step above"" experience in hotel dining. Don't look for ubiquitous free breakfast in lobby, a bit more high scale, breakfast available in restuarant and through room service. Saltwater ""hot tub"" pool, and spacious fitness center a definite plus. Pack your bathing suite, and let your luggage be carried to your room by the courteous valet staff, no need to lug your own bags to here. A vanishing service, so take advantage!
