The hotel is gorgeous from the moment you enter. It’s a little over a year old, so everything is up to date and nothing was broken. The room was spacious and the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever seen. The view is fantastic; mostly showing off Polaris Fashion Place Mall. The staff was superb. They even called the room about two hours after we checked in to make sure everything was perfect and to welcome our stay. The bed has Serenity mattress and pillows. There’s an in-room refrigerator and safe, which are both disguised by the décor. The in-room coffee maker makes individual cups of coffee. I accidentally broke a ceramic coffee cup and the staff replaced both the cup and the coffee immediately; without any question. Housekeeping arrived shortly after to ensure that the mess was cleaned and we were safe. The best service I have ever had! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s clean, secure, and quiet. Be aware of the $* Incidental charge you will receive to your credit card upon check-in. It takes 5-6 business days to drop from your account. That was the only issue I endured (the charge took an extra long time to drop from my account) the entire stay.

We absolutely loved our trip to the Hilton Columbus/Polaris. We were only down there for the day on Saturday, and then we spent Saturday night at the hotel. We arrived about an hour before check-in and they assigned us a room right away. They were very professional at the front desk. We have two boys, nine and seven and they both loved the swimming pool. I used the workout room and the pool and hot tub. I had origionally looked for a hotel room closer to downtown to be near the location of the hockey game we were going to, but after reading the reviews of those others, they sounded old and some did not have a pool. Also, those downtown hotels charge for parking. It was only about a fifteen minute drive into downtown. We did not have to pay for parking at the Hilton. It is a parking lot away from a really large mall.....and "The Cheesecake Factory" so that was a nice bonus. There are plenty of other places to go and eat also. It is a very clean and new hotel. The rooms were in was very nice and modern. Nice tv. We are planning another trip down there and will definately pick this hotel. You cannot beat the ammenities for the price !

This a new Hilton Hotel. It has a comtemporary decor. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The only problem we had was that the air conditioner in our room was very loud when it turned on. This has been reported and I'm sure will be fixed promptly. 07/31/08
