hair in tub

We booked online because in was within our price range and allowed pets. We were billed on our credit card immediately because we got ""Early booking bonus"". However, we found out later, the room rate was much less than that bonus. Upon arriving we were told we had to pay *non-refundable pet deposit. Ours was a small cat. Since we were in a non-refundable room, we had to pay the pet deposit. None of this was revealed BEFORE our arrival. The desk clerks were very matter-of-factual, not rude. The room was not vacummed and we discovered rubber bands on the carpet, which could have been swallowed by our pet and resulted in illness or death. The bottom of my new white socks were very dirty after only a few minutes of walking on the carpet. The bedspread had burns in it and was dirty, and because of that, I slept under only the sheet. We did have a pleasant experience with the young man bringing us towels. He is a true asset to the property. We felt safe and the location was perfect for our needs. However, we will not stay again, nor recommend to anyone.

The front desk was very polite. They were doing some electrical work at the hotel but that did not effect us in any way. They upgraded us to a suite because our room was not ready when we arrived. The staff was polite and very helpful. The suite was clean and cleaned and refreshed every day. Overall we will only stay in Ramada""s from now on when we travel. Thank you online travel website.

I was there on a sales event and their Sales director was EXTREMELY wonderful. She handled the 23 rooms we booked with ease and the meeting went perfectly well. the Houskeeping staff was nice and friendly. We will be retunring this year and Hopefully x , who was our director of sales will be there. she was very detailed and we enojoyed out stay. the pool and fitness center and especially the breakfast.
