Very happy with the staff and accommodations. From check-in to check-out, the staff was professional, courteous and helpful with anything we asked of them. The hotel room, with 2 double beds was amazing! The beds and pillows were over-the-top comfortable and the room was well-appointed and lovely. Couldn't be happier and will be staying each and everytime that we come to Tallahassee.

Arrived at 8:00 PM after calling to guarantee late arrival. When we got to the room there were no towels, wash cloths or pillow cases (only two pillows for four people). It took an hour to get the towels, two and a half to get the pillows (we were already asleep using couch cushions as pillows. We never got the wash cloths or pillow cases. The price was higher than we were quoted. The ""suite"" was small and cramped. There was only decafinated coffee with the coffee maker. The room was noisey with sounds from upstairs bathroom and other unidentifiable locations. As a thirty year veteran of the US Army SF, I would rather sleep in the woods.

The hotel was WONDERFUL. The decor was perfect, and the ammenities were great. The staff was exceptional. Everyone of them from the greeters to the housekeepers were friendly, professional, and very helpful. You will absolutely LOVE staying at this hotel. The vibe will relax your senses and let your mind be stress free.

FRONT DESK STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE ROOM HAD ALL THE LUXURIES YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A $* PLUS PER NIGHT ROOM. NICE KING SIZE BED WITH OVER-SIZED PILLOWS. FLAT SCREEN LCD MOUNTED ON THE WALL. FUNCTIONING ALARM CLOCK WITH IPOD CONNECT. NICE LUXUROUS BATHROOM WITH LARGE WALKIN GLASS SHOWER. LOBBY WAS VERY NICE WITH A BUSINESS CTR FOR INTERNET ACCESS. 3 SEPARATE SITTING AREAS WITH COMFORTABLE COUCHES AND CHAIR ALSO WITH A FLAT SCREEN LCD TO WATCH. VERY FRIENDLY BARTENDER. OVER ALL A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.....HIGLY RECOMMEND!!!! THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THE LACK OF SIGNAGE FROM THE ROAD. IT IS TRUELY HIDDEN BY LEXUS DEALERSHIP AND A LARGE RESTUARANT.

This was the nicest hotel, I stay in Tallahassee often and am glad I found it. The rooms are modern and very clean. The TV was beautiful and the iHome radio was over the top!! the staff was very freindly and personal. I will be recomending our company switch primary hotels to this one!!!
