this hotel is not worth the money. the bed are very uncomfortable.the walls are too thin you can hear entire conversations in the room next to you. every time a door closes you hear it.it is not the place to stay if you want to sleep. overall staff was ok however the hotel deactivates your key card at 10 even though check out time is @11. i would never stay at this hotel again there are cheaper hotels with beds that dont make you feel as if you are sleeping on a rock closer to attractions also not very safe because there was a key card near pool entrance all night long

It was close to Busch Gardens and that was a plus. The Hotel was very comfortable, and nicely decorated. The room looked like it had recently been remodeled , very nice. It had cable and HBO chanels. The continental breakfast was great. A nice little perk. The maid service was good. The only drawback was the elevator was very slow. We would stay there again.

THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFFS ARE VERY FRIENDLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO ALL WHO WANTS TO STAY IN TAMPA.THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IS GOOD AND WELL KEPT. THANK YOU TO ALL AND KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB. YOU SHOULD BE RATED 5 STARS.FROM PANAMA CITY FL.
