  Front desk did not have customer service skills, it took us at least one hour to check in. I am glad we were not in a rush, but we were tired from traveling and wanted to rest. The rooms were nice clean and spacious, but I don't think they washed towels on a daily basis, we never had towels because they always ran out. Called front desk several times with no response, I had to finally go down to the laundry room and get them myself or grab them from the maids cart. Not many choices for eating out, really none, we went downtown to eat. Fifteen minute drive to french quarters, with no traffic. I probablly wouldn't stay there again, if I ever return to wonderful New Orleans.
