  When entering the room, the problems occured from having holes in the sheets(had 3 huge holes in the sheets, you could rip the sheets completely with your bare hands),no hot water,no microwave,refrig,blow dryer, tile loose next to bathtub,swing door lock broke, wash cloths were hard to come by. When to complain about the room the next morning, the clerk was asleep in the back room. Finally got up and he upgraded us to a jazcuzzi suite. He said he could not refund it, but upgraded us for the problems for the night before. Got in that room, the toilet was no glued all the way down on the floor- everytime you sat on it or got up, you could hear the toilet come up with you. Later on in the evening there was a burning smell(smelled like a electrial burn) got up could not find where it was coming from. Went into the pool, after we got out of the pool, the manager asked if we had been swimming and we said yes. He says, oh when you checked in they didn't tell you that you can't go into the pool, because the pool has to be inspected, yet. It had washer and dryer hookup,but no appliances. The coke machines had a sign on them that said, put money in at your own risk and out of order. The free breakfast was horrible. Overall, this stay was a nightmare. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was very disappointed in the stay there. This is supposed to be a brand new hotel, was confused about that??
