  From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was top-notch. They even changed a reservations for us so we could have adjoining rooms with the rest of the familly. Great value and A++ customer service...rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Couldn't beat the location. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!!

  The room was small but the amenities were ok. The real problem was that neither the bathroom sink nor the bathtub would drain. This meant showers were taken in standing water and cleaning the sink after brushing teeth or shaving. Even though we complained nothing was really down about the problems. The maintenance people did pour something down the sink but then never checked back to see if it solved the problem. It wasnt terrible I just expected better from a Sheraton. The employees were very nice and the room was clean but who needs these problems on a romantic getaway?
