  I stayed at the Ramada Gibbstown on 06-04-06, while attend the race at Dover, the facility lacks many amenities most hotels have ie on site restaraunt, pool. The facility manager claims the site is under renovations but the hotel lacks many of the signs of this renovation such as contraction equipment, materials, and or closed off sections of the hotel. my overall feel for the facility is that it is a good place for a quick stop, or overnight stay if you are not looking for anything except a bed.... The facility needs work
