This is a fairly new hotel in a great location, one block north of the Chicago River, so it is within easy walking distance of the loop and Michigan Avenue. Union Station and the Museum Campus are a bit further away, but still within walking distance. If you prefer not to walk, cabs are right outside the door. The hotel has valet parking which is somewhat more expensive than finding a parking garage, but there are some within a few blocks of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a decent view of the city, but no lake views. The room has both a small table and desk (with chairs), a couch, easy chairand ottoman. The complimentary breakfast in the lobby includes a wide variety of good food. There are numerous restaurants nearby. You get good value for the money -which is a reasonable price for this location. I was very pleased with this hotel!

From the room to the staff to the wonderful breakfast and warm, clean pool - great bargain in the heart of Chicago - close to everything. Valet parking was also very efficient and courteous. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

Nice hotel and location. Issues were slow elevators, hot water, breakfast area was crammed. Hot water is a known condition and you just turn on the water and leave for five minutes. A lot of it depends on which floor you are on. Elevators were very slow. Likely due to the visiting children's sports teams. This was also the issue at the breakfast area. I have found better places in the area for a similar price so I think I will stay at these places instead.

Recently spent 3 great nights here. The location is central to both the Loop and the Magnificent Mile. Could walk nearly everywhere. Close to a number of very nice restaurants, The 2 room suite was very comfortable and roomy, exceptionally clean and modern and quiet despite being at an intersection. Excellent and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and sitting having coffee overlooking Chicagoans walking to work was a nice way to wake up. Highly recommend this hotel.
