The suite we had was really nice and averything was super comfortable. Room was big and even had two televisions and a fridge and microwave. The pool is nice but rather small, hot tub wonderful and sauna is great! The free breakfast is the morning has a very good selection and everything was hot and delicious. We had 5 girls in a room and when I went to ask for more towels (there was only 2 in the room) the front desk lady glared at me and made some remark about not stealing the towels, which in my opinion was extremely offensive. The hotel location is good if you are flying, but there isn't a whole lot on this side of town as far as eating and shopping. Went to check out in morning and the front desk tried to make me pay for $200 in extra fees and charges. I argued and showed them what I had already been charged and they sent me on my way- very displeased with how they handled that situation. Hotel quality is good but the service is definitely one of the worst I have ever received at a hotel.

This hotel became our gathering place while in Wichita for my mother in law's funeral. The staff could not have been more helpful! They went out of their way to make a difficult time easier. The hotei is very clean, breakfast is extended, pool towels are available without asking, extra towels, pool area kept clean and neat, etc. Will definitely stay here again when in the area and highly recommend it for anyone.

I don't typically stay near the airport when in Wichita, but saw this new hotel and decided to try it. I was delighted with the over all experience. The hotel just opened a few days ago and it is beautiful. Great breakfast, very comfortable beds, beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly and clearly proud of their new hotel. I definitely would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.
