Everything here was lovely. It was quiet, beautiful rooms, lovely linens, good shuttle service. The restaurant was better than average with prices no worse than typical for a major airport location. Definitely worth the extra money.

NIGHTMARE

We had to change rooms 4 TIMES. . ... in ALL 4 rooms. The bathroom had housekeeping issues as well. We met some friends there who arrived 3 hours later and changed rooms twice due the same issue. It should have been EMBARRASING FOR WESTIN. It was a nightmare for me and I never felt relaxed thinking about how filthy everything else probably was. The only reason we did not leave the hotel entirely is because our room was prepaid. The gentleman at the front desk did not have very good customer service skill and lied about the manager being available. When we finally got the manager, he too lied that he was on the premisis, when in fact, we saw him when we checked-in to the hotel. All in all, they gave us dinner and took $ off our hotel bill. That was not suffiicent. I should have had to pay NOTHING for the headache and ineffiicieny of the housekeeping staff. We were also kept up all night because the rooms on on side of the hotel are above the restaurant/club. A man who was on the 7th floor complained of the same issue when we checked out. I would not stay at this Westin for FREE!!!

My wife and I stayed at the Westin for a wedding that was at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. We initially had reservations at the Hampton Inn near Camden Yards, however it was going to be $200+ for the room after taxes and another $30/day to park. Those were the "discounted" wedding rates. We stayed at the Westin for $111 after taxes with free parking. It was an easy drive only about 15 minutes to Camden Yards/Inner Harbor on a Saturday afternoon. Gameday traffic may be different, but I couldn't tell you. If you want to stay in Baltimore area and do the inner Harbor I would definitely recommend staying here and saving your money to spend on meals/activites rather than on your room. We weren't there long enough to use pool or workout room, but the workout room looked VERY nice.

The hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly & efficient, the rooms have the heavenly bed and heavenly bath. The rooms have flat screen LG tvs, a great spa robe, a makeup mirror, a full size hair dryer, leather ottman..The hotel will take you to the light rail which you can hop on for a few dollars to get to the Inner Harbor/Camden Yards/Ravens stadium area. The indoor pool and hot tub looked great....wish we had brought bathing suits. The fitness room is very spacious and well stocked. Not many places to eat in the area....a Ruby Tuesday, a Wendy's, Bob Evans and a Hoyts cinema theatre. Having stayed at many of the airports around the BWI airport and Inner Harbor...the Westin is the best!!! Enjoy!!!
