  Excellent property that exceeds Hyatt standards. Great restaurants and I particularly liked the buffet. Casino main entrance is separate from the hotel main lobby. All hotel employees are very helpful & friendly.

  The Hyatt Regency Manila is perfectly situated in close proximety to the Aquino International Airport and a stone's throw away from the Mall of Asia. The employees of the hotel are very friendly, helpful, and professional in every aspect of their work. The Regency club rooms are wonderful an the ammenities are worth the extra bucks. The last time I was in the Philippines was over 20 years ago and this trip was absolutely wonderful. I would suggest the Hyatt Regency Manila to all of my business associates.

  Very nice hotel and staff. 10 min. from airport. they did not provide coffee in the room or anywhere in the lobby. the did not even have coffee to go ...

  Very nice hotel and staff. 10 min. from airport. They did not provide coffee in the room or anywhere in the lobby. The did not even have coffee to go in the cafe. They also charge to use a computer and internet. I feel this should always be free and they should not try to profit on the internet.
