Upon arrival at this hotel we saw blood spots on the floor of the lobby, so we told the girl behind the check-in counter, and she didn't have anyone clean the spots for at least two hours, which is not healthy for people walking barefoot to the pool and back. In our room the floor was filthy under the hide-a-bed where it looked like it had not been vacuumed as it had dirt, nuts, old candy wrappers underneath. Had no linens in the room for the hide-a-bed. Breakfast was good and hot with good selections of eggs, sausage patties, cereal, toast, and fruit juices, but the coffee was served lukewarm which is not how I want it in the morning. The pool area was nice and so we enjoyed taking a dip before supper.

This hotel was very clean and friendly. We traveled with a 21 month old and 3 year old and really enjoy ""suite"" hotels for vacations. It makes napping and bedtime easier so we can enjoy television or converstaion without disrupting the kids. Staybridge Suites was very clean and the staff friendly. They worked with us when we had to unexpectedly cut our trip short and they (management) were understanding and sympathetic. The kitchen was spotless and roomy. There are lots of restaurants nearby and we found them to be kid-friendly. We will return in the near future.

My husband and I stayed here while traveling through Chattanooga on our honeymoon. We had originally booked another hotel for the nights coming back through town, but after staying here we cancelled that reservation and came back to this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - we even asked for a discounted rate and got it. Suite was completely clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, extra pillows were a plus! Only problem we had was lack of extra towels on the first trip - due to a ball tournament, and the staff was quick to try to help. However on the way back we didn't have this problem. It's close to shopping, restraunts, etc.. Definitely recommend this hotel.

What a clean, quiet, great place to stay with a family! We stayed in a double bed suite which had a kitchen and plenty of room! Two TV's was great with 3 kids! The breakfast was outstanding, eggs, waffle maker, bacon, muffins, anything you want. Several nights out of the week they have a complimentary snack/dinner (ex. Hot dogs) with beer and soft drinks. The pool was chilly, but clean. Several good, chain restaurants in the area. Was a little more expensive than some hotels in the area, but the extra room and cleanliness made it worth the money!
