We planned a quick trip to Branson during a busy weekend. This happened to be the only place we could find to stay. I wish we would have decided to stay home. The hotel was horrible. The exterior of the building is in much need of repairs, the rooms were small and outdated. The walls were dirty and the furniture was old and beat up. The chairs were so filthy I wouldn't even sit in them. The TV was from the 1970's and didn't work. They had to bring us a new cable box but even that didn't change the fuzzy picture on the screen. You changed the channel with the remote but had to get up and change the volume on the TV itself. Our room had spiders and mosquitos. The toliets were constantly stopped up. Housekeeping left us towels but didn't fix the bed or empty the trash. The breakfast consisted of donuts and toast. However, the owner was friendly and tried to be accomadating but the problems were overwhelming. We have been going to Branson for over 20 years. I suggest looking around and finding another place to stay if accomadations are important to you.
