Nice place to stay. Rooms new, clean and very modern. Staff was friendly. Disappointed to see a nice sized LCD television in the room only to have very poor quality signal, rental movie quality was even worse. It was also frustrating to have only $8 or $12 parking options. You will be charged for local phone calls and internet access is expensive. Overall nice place, just expected a little more.

We do not use credit cards so when we were asked for a card in case there was any damages or added expenses we gave our debit card. We already paid for our hotel through Travel agency, so were not expecting any charges to our account. Well the Hiton charged us for both rooms at $ each in addition to what we already paid. It took many phone calls to the Hilton and our bank to have this corrected. The Hilton explained that because it was a debit card it would automaticly be taken out of our account but it was a credit card it wouldn't have been. It takes at least 24 hours to have dropped off the account. The financing department was great in assisting me however the service at the front desk was not as great.
