my husband and I just spent the worst weekend at this dump. First off it took them 2 hours to find our reservation that we made 2 MONTHS before our trip. Everything that they advertise is a huge joke there is NO free breakfast NO FREE SHUTTLE service to the parks, the rooms are horrible the service is horrible and they have all these hidden fees that they throw at you when checking out. The girls at front desk were rude and uneducated!!!!!!!! The shuttle fee to universal studios was $* DOLLARS AND IT WAS ONLY AT ONE TIME the shuttle had no windows and no A/C we all almost passed out in the amount of heat we rode in for thirty minutes. PLEASE PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A PIECE OF ***!!!!!!

We decide to stay here due to the insanely resonable rates, 36/night. Then realized there was 10 bucks a day added on for Resort Fees, which is laughable. This place may have been a resort in its former life, but today exists as a cheap in and out motel. The customer service, or lack thereof, was horrible. Check in was a burden. They had no record of our names for a reservation or specifications, kingsize, etc. We luckily had brought our docmuentation along and had confirmation numbers to verify our reservation. This all went down after we called and spoke with a "manager" to notify them of a late check in, to which they replies "OK Ive made note of it in the computer" No such note was made, obviously, since we weren't even in the system. The front desk was understaffed, keeping one guy busy answering phones in various lanuguages and people cutting in line for towels, etc. Upon arrival to our room we noticed a large party occuring adjacent to our room. The noise travels through the walls and doors of this place very easily. I became very familiar with our neighbors without having to meet them. To keep it short. Rock Hard Matress, Noisy Neighbors, No Housekeeping Service/Towels (our request was delievered at 1:45AM;, Hidden Fees, No Frills Facilities or Accomodations, No Tub-Stand Up Shower w/ only complimentary item...a shower cap. Again you get what you pay for. But for a vacation/anniversary celebration it was not a good choice.

We booked via online travel website for a family trip. The hotel room was the worst we've ever been. We found COCKROACH crawling. Breakfast food is almost not edible and disgusting.There are stains on the wall and toilet seat. The beds are sagging and uncomfortable with the bed sheets that looked filthy. My 2 kids (12 and 6 years old) wanted to change from day 1 but we decided to give it a try. The following night, coming back from the theme park, my children could not take the crawling cockroach anymore and refused to sleep. We requested to change for another room. The front desk gave us a key but when we opened the door, there were people already occupying that room. We went back for a refund and supervisor told us to speak directly with the online travel website. It's after 1:00AM and we finally was able to find another hotel near Universal Studio on our own via online. WARNING: DON' T DO IT! We will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Shame on online travel website for offerring this hotel. I have been using online travel website for over 10 years but will consider to go with another travel sites since this BAD experience.

From ice machines not not working in 3 of the buildings to the hotel employees answering telephone request for assistance both abrupt or as in one case was put on hold while she spoke with someone about what they were going to wear that night when they went out that night including what color socks they were going to wear. A charge was placed on my card that I had not authorized, I left my card number in case I needed to charge any meals or phone calls that I might have to make, this I did because I had not rented the room and wanted to be sure if I used any of there services it would be charge to me and not the person I was a guest of for the stay. On the positive note this accommodation was suitable for locations that we were planning to visit and the facilities were clean.
