  I have stayed at many properties in Billings over the last few years and the Residence Inn is by far the nicest, most accommodating hotel I have stayed in. The entire staff was outstanding; from the front desk person who checked me in, to the housekeepers, to the breakfast staff and management. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to cater to my needs and make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The full kitchen in my room made cooking easy, since I didn't have to leave my room for dinner, I was able to stay in my room and use the complementary internet to finish my work. When traveling in the area, I will absolutely stay at the Residence Inn again!

  This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed! Two bedroom suite with two bathrooms, kitchen with full size appliances, dining room, living room, fireplace, etc. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff! TOTALLY NON-SMOKING! Beautiful pool/whirlpool area, basketball and tennis courts, etc.! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
