This is Fort Worth's newest luxury hotel and it is beautiful! I am so glad we stayed here. From the time we drove up, the valet took our car and the porter ushered us into the lobby. We were treated like royalty! The room we were given really showcased the cowboy/ranch feel of Fort Worth. Beautifully appointed rooms! The specialized mini-bar was really an added treat and they don't charge an arm and a leg for specially requested beverages in it! Our experience was much different from the other two reviews posted. The food was excellent in the restaurant and room service was delivered on time and it was hot. The fitness room was awesome! We didn't get a chance to try out the full service spa, but hope to on our next visit! The Omni costs more than other so-so hotels downtown, but it is a 5 star property!

This hotel is brand new and attempted to host our conference. Even though everyone kept asking me if everything was fine, the food served was cold and tasteless, my room was not serviced for two days, and the car valet took an exceptionally long time. Bob's steak house is exceptional, but it should be based on the prices. I visited the terrace on the third floor and was locked out of the hotel for twenty-five minutes. A construction worker had to let me in through a service door to get back into the hotel. They have a long way to go to justify their rates. The smart people stayed in other hotels and drove to our conference.

Beware of this hotel. They've hired a loose cannon to represent all the wonderful staff and beautiful hotel as their general manager. My first interaction was when sitting in the lobby waiting for my room. He came around taking all the pillows from the seating area, including the one I was sitting on. He just said this pillow isn't working. My second interaction was when a long line of people who had registered was waiting to get to the reception area for their keys. The guy comes out with the keys and annouces ""if you registered already, I have your keys."" More than half of the people in line swarmed on him and after helping only a few customers, he just wonders off behind the reception area with the keys. We just all looked at each other as it was apparent he wasn't coming back. I then had to go back into the other line after complaining he should have made a second line or tell us why he just left us in a unorganized line. People also were complaining of the same thing about him afterwards. He would come around asking what your status was. He'd then go off saying I'll get your keys. He would never return to the same customer. I know, I asked him in vain three times. I finally made it to the reception desk after 45 min of this fiasco. Everyone else at the hotel was professional and very nice. It's a shame he represents the face of all these people.
