If you are looking for the ultimate experience vacation, you've got to stay at the Ritz. From the time we walked in the front door, we were treated like royalty. The staff is very professional, warm and welcoming. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable! The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated and spotless! The oceanfront room view is incredible. My family enjoyed our stay so much, we will never stay at another hotel. We did not want to leave and as soon as we got home, we began planning for our next visit in November. We loved it. Once you've experienced The Ritz, you won't want to stay anywhere else! Do yourself a favor and plan your vacation at the Fort Lauderdale Ritz today!

What can I say? When you stay at the Ritz Carlton, you expect the best in service and that is exactly what we got. Our rooms were upgraded to ocean view when we asked that our rooms be near each other. The meals were delicious and well prepared. When we asked for substitutions, they were done without a problem. The spa was wonderful! The staff all over the hotel was exceptional. They were friendly and personable. They even remembered your name. The hotel is located on the beach and there is a walk over so you don't have to dodge the cars in crossing the street. The jucuzzis were wonderful. The steam room is still being built. Didn't miss it. The Concierge was most helpful, friendly and a great assistance when I need to get my boarding pass, pay for luggage online and he even facililtated us renting a car and giving us written directions to the different places we wanted to go. I enjoyed my stay and for a hotel that is just opening up (old St. Regis) it really has the Ritz way down pact. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back.

The St Regis is absolutely stunning. The rooms are smashing, comfortable with great style. The housekeeping is perfect. The bath room was a 5 peice bath, that was so wonderful. Choose a room that faces the ocean, the sunrise will knock your socks off. The staff was courteous and gracious. I stayed over Christmas and the turn down service included gingerbread cookie men. Every attention to detail is amazing. No cleaning carts ever in the hallways. Incredibly soft sheets and luxurious towels.
The hotel is walking distance from all the action. Many restaurants, bars, clubs and places of excitement just down the street. A longer but wonderful walk takes you to the shops and restaurants of the Las Olas area. A very cool area and great place to spend some fun time. Just down from Los Olas is the Riverfront, where you can get on a riverboat and cruise the New River. Do this at night, the city lights reflecting on the water are breathtaking. This was a great stay in a wonderful hotel.
