  IT WAS A REALLY NICE HOUSE, BUT THE PICTURES DID NOT MATCH THE PROPERTY. THERE WAS NO HOT TUB AND THE POOL WAS FREEZING. THEY SHOULD OF TURNED UP THE HEAT IN THE POOL AND THE HOUSE. THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE DAY AFTER TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK. "
