- Guests staying less than 5 nights will be subject to a cleaning fee at checkout, based on size of unit. This fee ranges from 65-85 plus tax. Please call 407-922-5434 24 hours in advance to obtain a lock box code.
- To check-in, simply bring your confirmation to the front desk and sign the registration form. From there, you will be given keys and a map to your vacation home. You will also be able to purchase any attraction tickets you might need. Please call 407-922-5434 24 hours in advance to obtain a lock box code.

First of all I would like the say, "the lady from Florint Pool Homes was great". She stayed on the phone with me to be sure I wouldn't get lost. Our home was located off RT27. The home is beautiful with a nice size pool. Bring your own cleaning supplies! The cleaning lady missed the toilet in the master bedroom, but overall the home was perfect. This is the perfect place to stay if you ever visit Orlando. It's just 15min from Downtown Disney & seconds away from Walmart. Everything you need is near. My family and I loved this place. We plan to visit again very soon. May God Bless ya!

We went down to Florida for a family vacation and stayed in a florint pool home. It was a very nice house, I was worried because you always hear all these horror stories about showing up and it not being what you expected when we showed up it was more then I expected. The house we stayed in was easy to find and only 15 minutes from Disney World. After a long hot day at Disney it was very nice to get in the pool and cool off and relax, and after the kids went to bed to be able to relax in the hottub. I would love to stay in one of these homes again.

I would absolutely rent their houses again when I come back to Florida. I do think though that they need to put toilet paper in those houses and trash bags because they are getting money from us they can atleast supply that. the house we got was a 4bedroom 2bath in a gated community it was very beautiful and the florint pool home people were awesome if you need anything don't hesitatete call them they will take care of you right away. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

We had the 3 bedroom home. The rooms were a very good size. The home seemed to be a little older. There were only 2 washcloths in the home, but the management agency had more delivered immediately. The pool was cold and not heated and needed to be cleaned. It was green on the bottom and had leaves & grass in it. There were no directions on how to turn on the pump in order to clean it. The neighbors were nosy, but the home had a security system which put my mind at ease. I would have liked to known in advance that we were responsible for bringing our own toilet paper and paper towels.

If you rent a home with the mind set that it is just like staying at a relatives house, then you will be very happy, but it you are one of those people that expects perfection for a $ then you are probably better off staying in a hotel. What I mean by this is that these homes are not perfect, they may be not cleaned perfectly, some of the repairs are done cheaply, some of the appliances may be old and tempermental. But for what you gain in privacy, size, quietness(or if you want to be loud), and value, it is impossible to beat !!!! For a $-$ per night budget I would never stay in a hotel in Orlando. Disney stinks and I thought the best part of this trip was a family breakfast out by the pool in the sun every morning; try that in a hotel. Please understand that these houses are privatly owned and each reviewers experience may be different... Our house was a four bed two bath unit and we were a family of three that visited for 12 nights. The important parts of cleanliness were great, Beds, bathrooms, kitchen; but yes, there were a few cobwebs in the corners and the carpet was stained. Safety was never a concern, but our house did not have an alarm system like one other reviewer wrote. We loved the beds and pillows, but everybody has thier own preference and opinion. There were a few extras that we did't expect but were very nice. Bicycles for use, movie DVDs, pool toys, board games, and books. Our house also had a grill, which they said that you must rent if you want, so we were not expecting one and were happy to have it.
