  This isn't the Holiday Inn I'm familiar with from the 70s - instead it's up-to-date and modern. Very pleased with this stay -- hotel looks like it was build in 2007 or so and is in great condition. Staff was friendly and accommodating - handled a special request for transportation to the airport with ease. Trip to airport is about 5 minutes... longer if there are other people on the shuttle to drop off first (that's not a problem with the hotel, just want other travelers to be aware). Room nicely decorated. Price very competitive. Only downside is the desk didn't have a chair that worked with it really well, although the other two chairs in the room were fine.

  After staying at this new Holiday Inn hotel I have changed my view on the Holiday Inn brand. The staff at this hotel was very friendly and accomodating to my every need. Every employee was very helpful from the front desk to the restaurant staff. I really enjoyed the TV's in the booth's. I will definitely stay at this hotel everytime I am flying out of KC because they have very reasonable prices on parking while I flew out of town. Great Hotel!!!

  My wife came for an event at the KCI Expo and we were right there. I got to enjoy the indoor pool and really liked the cafe with TVs at each booth. The staff couldn't have been nicer and we'd definitely stay there again.
