We were vacationing in nearby Naples and got in to the airport very late so we decided to stay close to the airport. We checked in late and our room was ready. Hotel was clean and the front desk person was very nice. I was traveling with two kids, ages 3 and 6 and they very much needed some milk before bed. I went downstairs at midnight and the front desk person went into the continental breakfast kitchen area and gave me a 1/2 gallon of milk to take back with me. He didn't even charge. The next morning, I had a relative meeting us at the hotel. She was flying in to RSW and the free shuttle went to pick her up. The room was clean and comfortable. All we were looking for was a quick place to stay that was clean and new and we got just that. I would stay here again for a short visit.

On August 11th, 2007, at around
1:30pm I called to reserve a suite at:
La Quinta Inn
Fort Myers Central
4850 S. Cleveland Ave.

I arrived at the above location at 5pm. I approached the front desk and presented myself. I was quickly informed that she had just received my reservation. One problem though, no suites available.
I called La Quinta 800#, informing them of my experience. They contacted the front desk in which I had the reservations with to investigate what happened and to find a quick resolution to this conundrum.
I was told that the La Quinta at 9521 Market Place Road had suites available and were waiting for me to arrive.
I was greeted by Esmeralda Cintron & Ruth at the front desk. After briefly explaining to them what happened, Esmeralda quickly took charge in making my family of 5 feel extremely welcomed. I can go into details about my experience in my stay, but I want to make this letter swift.
Esmeralda, if you are reading this letter, thank you very much for your warmth in making us feel comfortable in your hotel. We promise, next time we visit Fort Myers, we will stop in.
We give Esmeralda and the La Quinta Inn Five Star Rating. Thank you again for your hospitality from beginning to end.

The only thing I can think of that can be improved upon is to reduce the amount of chlorine that is in the heated in-door pool.
