We spent two nights here and it was a very pleasant experience. Hotel is clean from top to bottom and we arrived to find a letter on the table apologizing for any inconvenience caused by having the carpet in the room freshly shampooed and cleaned..I considered that to be a big plus and certainly not an inconvenience! The beds were quite comfortable, almost no outside noise was heard so we had a quiet rest, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and the kitchen area was spotless. The hotel graciously allowed us to have an extra late check-out because we were attending a special ceremony at Ft.Bragg and had no where to keep our luggage while transporting all the family. Breakfast was very nice with good, fresh food and a variety of choices. My son's family arrived late without the baby's portable crib so we made do with a lots of blankets and towels in a drawer from the dresser. We were going to ask for a crib, but in all the confusion of arriving late in the evening and leaving early the next morning for the ceremony, we forgot to ask the front desk to bring one. The precious maid noticed and brought us a wonderful little crib with fresh linens. So thoughtful of the staff! Our a/c froze up over night, but once we reported it to the front desk, the maintenance man was there within 30 minutes, checked out the problem, explained everything to us and promised to have it repaired by the time we returned. It was in perfect working order the minute we got back. Everyone from the front desk clerk when we arrived, to the maid that held the door for us as we left, greeted us with a smile and a courteous greeting.

The front desk personnel were friendly and personable. The facilities overall were excellent. The room was clean and well appointed. I have family in Fayetteville and every time I visit from now on I will stay at this hotel. It is the best I've stayed at in the 12 years I have been visiting.

The front desk personnel were friendly and personable. The facilities overall were excellent. The room was clean and well appointed. I have family in Fayetteville and every time I visit from now on I will stay at this hotel. It is the best I've stayed at in the 12 years I have been visiting.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL ITS BRAND NEW THE ROOMS SMELLS FRESH GIVES YOU A HOME FEELING QUITE PLACE DIDN'T HEAR A PEEP ATE THERE FOR BREAKFAST AND IT WAS A FULL BREAKFAST BAR NICE DINING FACILITY... GREAT PLACE TO STAY
