  Wonderful hotel! Very clean. Our room was great, we were pleasantly surprised at the size and amenities. Staff was nice, breakfast we very good. We will be staying there any chance we get! Good location too, next to several stores and resturants.

  We arrived late in the evening, and there was a family reunion in progress in the social area adjacent to check-in. The inn keeper was very nice and said he would locate us well away from where the group was staying. The room was a suite rather than a standard room, which was a nice upgrade. The room was clean and comfortable. I had initially read a review on this hotel that said management was not polite. The review was a couple years old, so I concluded management might have changed. I found them to be very professional and polite. We were impressed and will return. By the way, breakfast was excellent and a full selection from eggs to self-made waffles. A comparable beakfast would have easily cost $12-$15 each.

  I've stayed at this hotel on seveal occassions. i've found the management & staff to be of high quality service standards and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

  They may be the newest hotels in kalamazoo, but far from friendly and far from service.. not to mention over-priced. i've had better breakfast foods at other ...
