I read some negative comments here. I do want to clarify here that I stayed at this hotel several times. They made a lot of recent improvement, i.e. Landscaping, Pool area. Parking Lot, Lobby with Business Center, Jacuzzi Suites, Kitchen Suites etc. This hotel always surpassed in amenities they offered in a room than any other Eco Hotels. Such as all rooms have Microwave, Refrigerator, 27" Remote TV with HBO, Free WIFI, Coffee Machine, Hair Dryer, Ironing Board etc..And of course their room rates are always under $*.

I stayed at beautiful Rodeway Inn & Suites hotel in Little Rock Arkansas while we were visiting President Clinton Library, Little Rock AR Down Town Convention Center and University of Arkansas. This hotel was just few minutes away from Peabody, Double Tree, and Legacy Hotels. All those hotels were expansive and we were looking for affordable alternative near I-40/I440. Although we found this hotel on I-30 Exit 135, close to Down Town & Little Rock Airport. Little Rock had all different type of hotels, but when we were looking for the rooms under $*, Rodeway Inn was the best Hotel in Little Rock by far. We were in need to visit Arkansas Baptist College and University of Arkansas Little Rock for our children's admission process. While I was checking these places on local.yahoo.com on computer located at Business Center, front Desk Personal help us with Mapquest printout within a minute. Staff was very friendly, and I must tell you our room was clean & comfortable. As the matter affect this hotel had more amenities than any other hotels we stayed so far. We found complimentary water bottles & basket full of munchies and mints on our arrival. We had no prior reservation; we just saw the hotels outside appearance and decided to stay with them. For curiosity I was checking several website related to Little Rock since I need to visit several times this year in Little Rock. I found some negative comments. It's unfair to my mind, but then I found less good and worse comments on all the hotels located in Little Rock including Peabody Hotels. Well at least I would like to make sure Rodeway Inn should get positive review from me.

WE chose this hotel for the rates. Big mistake. This hotel is filthy!! Our room was atrocious.. The curtains were falling off the window, the smell was bad, but worst of all, the bathroom was a nightmare. The tub grout was covered in mold, the paint on the bathroom door was tearing apart and just hanging off the door, the door to the entertainment center was literally falling off and had been just shoved to the side.We told them we would not allow our children to bathe in there. They moved us to another room, and it was slightly better. I just don't understand why they would even rent out that room? It was horrible! We had been driving for 7 hrs with 3 children, and were just too tired to find somewhere else. Very mushy mattresses, and even though I "reserved" a rollaway, they said they didn't have any left. Not sure what the "reservation" was for?? But I will NEVER stay at another rodeway inn.
