  This hotel is virtually brand new, but it is going down hill very quickly. The housekeeping in the hotel was very bad. The floor in my room had not been cleaned prior to arrival. Main room or bathroom either one. The same food and hair that was on the floor when we checked in was still on the floor three days later when we checked out. Someone spilled oil or there was an oil leak in the elevator. Everyone that walked in the elevator tracked the oil all over hallways and into their rooms leaving the carpet in the rooms oily too. No one ever attempted to clean it up. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was about a foot too long and was an unclean mess piled in the bottom of the tub. I was very disappointed in the status of this hotel.

  Front Desk person when I checked in was very matter of fact and not welcoming or helpful. Also, did not get the king room I asked for. When I checked out, I had to call out to see if anyone was there, then the clerk did not ask how my stay was or even say thank you! Rooms are new, nice and clean. However, there was no hot water for a shower. And, there is train noise at night. Also, this hotel is about 20 minutes from the casinos.
