Forget ground transporation. They kept us waiting at the Cruiseport for 3 hours 8:00am - 11:00am and repeatedly lied saying they would pick us up in 15 min. I have nothing else good to say about this place. It is a zero.

what was great is for a nice room near the airport and cruise port Location. they gave us good service and transportation. the have a Sport bar resturant the food was great and the beer was cold cost us about $* for 2 of us.We had waffles in the morning befor going to the ship.we will be back.

I had the misfortune of having to stay here because of a online booking. I requested and paid for a 2-1/2 star hotel. This was, by no means, of that caliber. This is really a truck-stop with an attached bar. (Incidentally, your key card has a Big Daddy's liquor store logo on it.) The caliber of guests was questionable at best, and I dare say anything more about that. I was a single woman and did not feel safe in this environment. Unfortunately, despite my tears and protest, travel agency would not budge because of their policy of no returns or changes, but I have a claim in about the misleading level of stars for this hotel. Do your research, as this hotel is normally categorized as a 2-star on most sites, except this one. In fact, it has a 1-star rating on others.

Not the cleanest place would not stay again. They knew we had missed a flight and din't even have luggage and they still felt the need to take advantageof us & with our 6 yr. old along on top of it.

The hotel was nice with newly renovated rooms. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful with many cruise customers leaving the same time on Saturday morning. They even offer free shuttle service to the cruise ships. If you can stay during the week you can save 50% off the weekend rates, as they double the price for cruise customers.
