    I stayed at Red Rock from September 19, 2009 through September 25. Our room was very nice and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The casino was far less smoky than many. We found that Lbs. restauant was a great value - everything half price from 3 - 6 Monday through Friday. We got a coupon book when we signed up for players cards, which gave us 25% off our total bill at Terra Rossa. My biggest complaint with the hotel was the fact that they closed the pool at 6 pm on the weekends and 5 pm during the week. I was there for a conference, so by the time I got out it was too late too use the pool - and it was still 90-some degrees outside. One word of warning, if you have a room that overlooks the pool and Red Rock Canyon, be prepared to hear the music from the Cherry nightclub until about 4 am.

    Trapped here for recent trade show. Do yourself a favor and stay on the strip, not out here at this place. Although it is beautilful, it's not worth the rate. Spa is like working out in someone's basement. Half of the cardio machines were broken. Pool is nice but only open until 5pm, which is ridiculus. Casino was not busy during weeknights and not exciting to be in. Restaurants were ok, but nothing special. Front desk staff non-responsive to concerns.

    Flew to Las Vegas from Northern Ca for a party at the Red Rock Casino; checked-in after 8pm only to find out that my stay was not on list even though she stated that there were rooms booked for this event in the family member’s name. I stated that I was a family member, and I was the only member arriving on Thursday night. This event was planned approximately 2 months in advance. Common in sense should have played a role in this conversation, i.e., I was part of the event. Needless to say I/we had no choice but to stay for the night and was assured that they would adjust my room charges to the group rate the following day (Friday). Following directions I went to the Hotel desk the next morning only to find out that the Clerk/Reservationist could not make the adjustment, it could only be handled by the person who reserved/booked the rooms. The Clerk/Reservationist stated that she would email her to phone our party who reserved the rooms. The phone call never came. We had to call her. Sunday, finally we tried again and was told that she spoke to the hotel manager and he said "No" this was not going happen, I would not be receiving the group rate. They would adjust/remove the "resort" fee. I By this time I'm not sure I believe anything this hotel is saying or doing. I go down stairs so that I can speak to her directly. Wouldn't you know she would not come out to talk to me, I had just spoke to her, and it was obvious to me by the expression on the gentlemen's face who had went in to call her to the desk that she was there.

    My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 10 days May 2009 1. No ice in ice machines multiple days...had to run from floor to floor looking for ice. Front desk didn't seem to care at all when we complained. 2. Cleanliness marginal...tubs not washed down, hair in tub, windows filthy, carpets stained 3. We were unable to sit at the pool two days because they were out of lounges and umbrellas. We counted 44 umbrellas for a hotel that has 800 rooms. You would think a hotel that is in the desert where temps routinely are above 100 could do the math and provide enough umbrellas. 4. A resort fee of$25 per day which is also taxed to $27 per day is a joke. It supposedly covers internet service, shuttle service and access to the spa. Such ""services"" are invariably included at ""resorts"" of their reported caliber

    Hotel very clean and beds very comfortable. Check in very slow even though we arrived at midnight. There were two people at the front desk but only one seemed interested in doing their job! Cannot understand the resort fee of 24.99 - really just an extra charge for nothing. Internet only worked in the room, not able to use it at the pool. You would think that for 24.99 a night extra they would print your boarding passes, but no that was an extra $20.00 charge! That is ridiculous - just went to the Office Depot across the street and had it done for $1.40. Website bookings do not tell you what you have booked. Had to phone the hotel three times to get confirmation of the package that we booked. Other than that, everything was great and our kids really enjoyed the pool and all the amenities.
