We were so sick of our room that we had to leave. There were dead roaches in the tub, the ceiling tiles in our bathroom were brown with water stains, there was no air, the curtains did not cover the window and the bed was dirty. We also did not have a remote control for the TV. We confronted the front desk with the problems and the staff acted like they got this reaction all the time and stuck their nose up in the air. Not only do I not want to go back to this hotel, I feel like I would like to avoid this hotel brand al together. Hope the letters I sent to their manager and corporate do some good.

There was no iron nor ironing board for me to iron my shirt. The comforter on the bed looked like it had been washed for many years and never replaced, very thin and well used. The sheets on the bed weren't completely tucked in and the pillows weren't very comfortable. The shower head flopped in and out of the wall and the shower knob didn't completely work. Walls were very thin. The breakfast bar in the morning was a dismal atmosphere, bad lighting and not great selection for food. Not an overall good experience.

This hotel was bad. There was no soap, two towels for a family of 5. The room was dirty. I do not recommend this place. The front desk was friendly but not helpful when bring towels, soap etc.

ashtrays in non-smoking rooms- bad smells- checked 4 rooms all bad, first one stunk and had blood smeared on the wall and vents looked kicked in, beds looked as if they have been dragged around, material missing on edges, couldn't look any further in that room. in other rooms lighting bad/very low or non-esistent, all stunk, a/c not working in all rooms, dirty. did not stay and will never stay in a days inn ever after this experience.
