I'm a security manager at a 5-star hotel on South Beach, so when I go to a Days Inn, I'm not expecting a luxury suite. But the staff here really tried to make me feel like I was in one. They were attentive to everything I asked for in a most amazing way. I was with my wife and son for a trip to one of the theme parks and the location of this hotel was amazing for just that. I'll stay here again just for that. The housekeeper saw that we had a small child with us, and when we returned, a mini frige had materialized and all of the drinks we had on ice were arranged neatly inside! I wish my own staff would anticipate guest needs like that. My favorite person was the lady who worked behind the register at the deli. She is absolutely AMAZING!! Fun to talk to, and she makes sure to engage every guest that walks in there. When I mentioned we were going to a park, she gave me some local advice and even helped me pay for parking in advance. (I found out she also saved me $7 when I got there.) I can't remember her name for the life of me, but she remembered my entire family. The room was great. Again I wasn't expecting the presidential suite, but I was very happy with it. Didn't smell like ciggarettes, bedding was in great condition, and the tv worked. All I expected really. The only down side is the game room that is advertised no longer exists. Would've helped with my son, but we lived. Also, the wi-fi is really slow, but managable. I'll definitely be back here on my next Orlando trip!!

the hotel was horrible! me and my wife woke up at 3:00 in the morning because roaches were in the bed!!!! then we moved to another room and there were bugs in that room as well... now at the end of the first day we told them that we didnt want to stay another night, they actually CHARGED us for the first night even after all that inconvinience we had to go through. WE WILL NEVER GO TO THAT HOTEL AGAIN!

i know you get what you payed for but i didnt pay for a indoor pool in front of my sink.. a pipe broke in the wall and they sent some guy that didnt know what he was doing so just put towels over it.. yea htat fixed the problem alright..NOT!!! so in the morning with our pool gettingf bigger by the minute we asked for another room which we got.. yippie.. again..NOT!! our king size bed had 2 leggs broke off it so we got a BIG dip in the middle when we laid on it.. granted it was our honey moon but i didnt want to be on top of him the whole time..the room had some kinda bugs in itno safe in the first room and in the second room the safe there didnt even work.. but we did get charged for use of the safe and use of the shuffle which we didnt use because we rented a car but we still had to pay for that to oh by the way in there add of here you get it for FREE.. .we packed up our things and left from there 4 days early and because it was all payed for a head of time on my computer i could NOT get a refund.!!! now can anyone tell me whats the diferance ..paying from pc or paying in person.. this place is BADDD,ROTTEN<DIRTY<SMELLY>>>i just cant explian that a horrible place this is.. beware DONT go here

I didn't enjoy my stay at the Days Inn beacuse the room wasn't in that great of shape. The dresser was broken, the bathroom wall was coming apart, ther was roaches and ants all over and when I asked to have my room changed I didn't receive any answers except we'll send maintenance to see whats wrong but the staff took forever to fix anything that I had to complain about. It wasn't until the last day when we checked out that I did get some form of satisfaction, the manager ;who I also been asking to talk to, offered to give me a refund of one night. Now that doesn't make up for the fact that that kinda ruined my daughters birthday trip but didn't make things better, so with that being said CLEAN IT UP AND GET IT TOGETHER DAYS INN!!!

we stayed there august 15th we went to days inn on the website the lady was like oh no this is not the one she gave us the directions. so we pull up and it looked rough ghetto , i was like oh no but we decided to give it a shot ... so we check in the first room was ok but umm the air did not work it was so hot and we had our puppy with us so it was a concern plus i was sweating. so then we call the front desk well we tried but the phone did not work.... we go to the desk and tell them they moves up to another room this room had carpet it was nasty i did not take my shoes off the whole time i was there !!!! the ceiling was falling in in the bathroom we told them up front they came and he was like oh okay like he already knew it was there like no problem. as we were leaving we saw some guys rolling some weed ... so PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE ESPECIALLY FAMILY'S DONT PAY A LITTLE EXTRA
