After a long day in the car, finally got dinner and came back to take a jacuzzie to help the sore back. The Guest Directory says the "spa" is open until 10:00pm. At 9:00 the lights were off. I went to the office to be told the "spa" just closed for the night. That is closes at 9. So much for my sore back. Thanks Super 8, NOT.

Hotel is in a great location. Easy access from Hwy #40, next door to a Cracker Barrel, Quiet. There is no pool, the continental breakfast was very average considering the price. The shower never got hot. The first morning the water was luke warm, the second morning it was just plain cold! The hotel's explination was that they were at full capacity! ...I guess they never expected that when they installed the hot water system.

Though check in time is 3, our room still wasn't ready at 5. We had to get changed for a dinner reunion in small toilet area while the housekeeper made the beds. The train whistle kept me awake most of the night. Room needs updating and the blankets on the beds have seen better days. They have a nerve charging nearly $90/night (tax included) for this dump.

The rooms (2) were over priced, filthy, stunk, shower in one didn't drain, tv didn't work, doors in both didn't close tightly. Ceiling cracked. Socks filthy from walking on carpet with no shoes. Reported this to management who didn't seem at all concerned. I wouldn't recomend this facility to anyone.
