  Stay at this hotel a few times a year - the location is great for a weekend visiting friends - indoor pool that I have often had to myself on Saturday afternoons. Nice breakfast in the mornings although the hours are kinda short - would like it to end later on Sunday mornings. Staff can be hit or miss but I have found when I completed the survey from Marriott I got a follow-up and they worked to resolve the issues on future stays. Rooms are great, like a nice apartment.

  Called directly to the residence inn and was met by a rude desk clerk. obviously there is no friendly hospitality. management needs to re-evaluate customer service!

  I enjoyed my stay at the residence inn immensely. a lovely room, and exceedingly accommodating staff. excellent.

  A residence inn highrise (7 floors), but the quality remained high. room was slightly small for res inns, but comfortable with nice furniture, and perfectly clean. parking was free. breakfast ...

  A Residence Inn highrise (7 floors), but the quality remained high. Room was slightly small for Res Inns, but comfortable with nice furniture, and perfectly clean. Parking was free. Breakfast was great, with plenty of warm and cold options. Staff was helpful and fairly friendly. The location is quite good with several restaurant options nearby, but I'd be careful walking far off the beaten path after dark.
