This hotel has to be one of the nasitest places I've ever stayed in. There were roaches, even one in my toothbrush glass. Security? The hall locks didn't work, and there were 2 parties there in the evening which left a mess and had lots of kids running around loose. I hope the government chooses a better place than this for its troops to staty in next time.

hot tub was broken-3 days later I was told the heater has been order for some time. Hot tub stank on day 3 as people still used because it was slightly warmer than the freezing pool. Trash all over pool area...bottles, cans, clothes. Employees seem to bring their kids and friends to work (probably why the pool is trashed) Security doors didnt work & were left open-makes it easier to be raped or have rooms broke into. Guest room door kept jamming making it difficult to enter & leave the room-also a fire & life safety violation. Microwave wall socket loose & arced. Electrical box in room was exposed & tripped when the microwave came on. Toilet leaked. Nasty dining facility w/grossly inadequate dining area & food. I filed a formal complaint with CEO, Operations and ABQ Fire Marshall & Building official. DONT STAY

Upon arrival, knew we were in a bad part of town. The manager would not return my calls.. nor see me in person. Dirty, hot tub did not work, lounge next door had no air conditioning, no coffee pot in first room. Did not stay the night!; moved to another hotel stiff fighting for refund!!!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I asked for a working hair dyer, remote control for the TV and a coffee maker from Thursday until Monday. The hotel had me move to a different room on Monday since they couldn't seem to locate these items for me. ( No assistance in moving rooms). Bugs in bathroom. The week there was not pleasant. Safety issues in the parking lot getting to and from room to lobby.
