Traveling from Florida to Las Vegas. I stay at the Laquinta because they have no pet fee. There was no loud noises. You could not here people in next room. Very nice place to stay with pets. They have a pet area for your dogs can run loose. Very clean. Staff was all friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, when I am in town.

Stayed here for one week in June 2008 on business. Picked the hotel because of good Tripadvisor ratings, which usually work out well. Unfortunately, my stay was not pleasant. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, but thin walls and particularly little sound proofing between floors (thus hearing those above you stomping around VERY easily) lead to an unpleasant stay. How this hotel in rated #1 in Albuquerque is a mystery. If not for a hectic business schedule and logistical difficulty in attempting to move to another hotel, I would have left after the first night. However, I was stuck here the entire week with little sleep and constant bothering from the everyday noises that guests tend to make (note that none of my neighbors were particularly intending to make noise, but rather the place is built so cheaply that you simply hear everything). I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want more quiet with a $90-100 price tag. Plus, hi-speed internet was not hi-speed.
