The room was big, clean and attractive, had a big la-z-boy recliner, a big television and a DVD player (you can check out free dvds at the front desk), a full-size refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker, a coffeemaker with complimentary coffee, a cool toaster with a side window so you can see things as they toast, a stove, a microwave with complimentary popcorn, a dishwasher(!), dish soap, dishwasher soap, an ironing board and iron, silverware, can opener, peeler, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, salt and pepper. I saved some $$ this trip by eating in the room a couple times. The hotel is really beautiful, done in rich colors and dark woods. Indoor hallways and a couple elevators. There’s no pool and the spa is closed and surrounded by police tape and doesn’t look like it’s going to open any time soon. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out were seamless. There’s lots of covered parking. It’s a bit more than a comfortable walking distance to the Disneyland Resort, but you can take the Anaheim Resort Transit Shuttle, they stop there every 20 minutes and drop you off right at Disneyland’s doorstep. I was really happy with my stay at the Greenwood Suites Anaheim Resort and I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, the bed comfy, the bath towels and wash cloths were good quality and nice and thick, the kitchen with dishes and utensils stocked was very convenient, the amenities were nice. The price was great for the Disneyland area, however, there was no room service until the last day we were there. We could turn in our towels for clean ones at the front desk and we could take our trash to a container at the other end of the hallway. The room would have been exceptionally quiet as there were only a handful of cars in the covered parking garage, however, the alarm ,with radio blaring, in the empty room next to us would come on every morning at 0500. A call to the front desk yielded a very arrogant person who cut me off mid sentence several times to say that he would take care of it. He did not. It required another call to another person. By then it was our second to last day there and our loss of sleep was accumulating and making us tired throughout the day. Be sure to bring your own kitchen scrub sponge as none are provided. I'm not sure what a courtesy breakfast is, maybe specially delivered from a local restaurant. No breakfast was provided to the general populace of the hotel. The distance to Disneyland is actually 3/4 of a mile, not a quarter of a mile. I did not mind the walk, however, my companion has a disability which made the walk unbearable so we drove to Disneyland.
