  The hotel stay was fantastic. the room was definatly a bang for the buck. the rooms were clean, big, and very comfortable.

  Nice room, excellent customer service, very convinent location close to disneyland, shops, & freeway. will definately stay again. great view of disneyland fireworks too!

• Worst hotel

  I booked a room at the econoloage. they were terrible. the front desk was not helpful at all, and the room was the worst room i have ever stayed in.

• Cheap but smelly and roach infested

  We stay at esa almost every year when family is in town but will not anymore . . . the last time we stayed, we had several encounters with roaches crawling onto our ...

  We stay at ESA almost every year when family is in town but will not anymore . . . The last time we stayed, we had several encounters with roaches crawling onto our necks . . . also all over the bathroom. There is a kitchen facility but the whole corridor just stench because for some reason, there in no exhaust provided for the kitchen - so when you cook something, smoke fills your room and onto the corridor! Leaving your window open helps a bit but not much . . .Be prepared to have your clothes smelling like food . . . When I called the hotel manager - X - about our experience - was just given the "thank you for your concern and have a nice day" and that was it . . . I don't think the Hotel Manager knows what's going on in the hotel even after we have told the staff about the roach infestation in the room . . .
