From Friday October 23, 2009 to Sunday October 25, 2009 I had the splendid opportunity to stay at this Best Western. Typically I avoid Best Westerns, but this one offered a very convenient and free shuttle service to the airport. I have to admit that this hotel impressed me in ways that no other hotel ever has, and I travel ALOT! From the moment I arrived I was treated with exceptional customer service from a very diverse/international hotel staff. I was astounded to learn that this hotel's manager had been named the Best Western General Manager of the year. The hotel had also received an award overall! Well let me tell you, this property deserves every bit of the recognition. Comfortable up to date rooms, beautiful courtyards, convenient locations, and customer service like no other. Every time I travel to Greenville SC, I refuse to stay anywhere else.

We met up with our family at this hotel for a wedding recently. They have a nice sitting area that was large enough for us to gather. I've stayed at this motel before and it seems they are improving it. The breakfast has waffles you make yourself and boiled eggs for protein. I'd like to see more fruits maybe but everything else was good. The people greet you and make you feel welcome. It's a good motel for the price. We'll go back.

This is an outside entrance hotel. We were kept awake all night by people walking around outside and airplanes/traffic. We requested a nonsmoking room and were given one, but the rooms on either side of us were smoking rooms. So our room and all of our clothes smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was dirty with mold in the shower. They had the worst continental breakfast of any hotel I

When you look at the place pulling in you see an old exterior hotel. The kind where you pull right up to the door. I was nicely surprised to find the rooms inside with nice linens, lot of pillows and really clean. Waffles were really good and we'll be back.

X at the desk is so pleasant. I am at the property now and she just makes you feel like family. She'd make a good bartender haha. At breakfast- that lady is too funny. The breakfast is nice but she really strikes up a conversation with you. Got a good rate- they are trying to help with good rates in economic slow time. Definitely will stay again.
