  This was the first time we used Hotmail to book a hotel and we were so happy to get the Holiday Inn Billy Graham Parkway. We had wanted to try it, but never had a chance. It was one of the best rooms we have had and especially for the special price we received from Hotmail. Thank you and the staff for everything.

  Room was not properly cleaned. bathroom had used soap and toiletries in shower and on sink. room desk has used bitten pens on with old written on writing pad. room ...

  Room was not properly cleaned. Bathroom had used soap and toiletries in shower and on sink. Room desk has used bitten pens on with old written on writing pad. Room service was terrible with warm drink and broken dish and food cover. One of the phones in the room was broken and would not dial out or within the hotel system. Terrible stay, during check out front desk clerk attempted to double bill for the nights stay. HORRIBLE!

  Everything was great! much more than i expected in a holiday inn. would definitely recommend to anyone (especially those staying for the races!)

  This hotel has a real business center which is complimentary. Most hotels I have stayed at with this type of business center their is an extra charge for copies or internet usage per minute (not this one) they really did a great job on this room. I stay here and leave my laptop at home. I carry a memory stick and go. The staff is excellent and housekeeping service was outstanding.

  We needed a hotel close to downtown Charlotte and booked this hotel on the internet expecting a usual Holiday Inn. It is beautiful and is by far the best Hol Inn we've ever stayed at. Friendly staff, very comfortable room with frig & microwave. Breakfast buffet was great w/eggs cooked to order! Wonderful hotel and locaton.
