Lobby was dirty. The room was very worn, including the towels and wash cloths. Old and dingy!! Outside in the hall on my non smoking floor bad odor of smoke. The area for the continental breakfast was about the size of a large broom closet! We chose not to eat because everything was so dirty. The toaster was stained and very greasy!! The only trash can was over flowing and trash was all over the floor. In the hall outside the lobby the bathroom was filthy and had no hand soap. also there was a washer dryer that had someones cloths that had been put on top of the washer and where falling on the dirty floor!! I really did not expect a lot from a Super8 hotel, but I would recommend that you try somewhere else!!

We stayed one night only. I have never stayed in a Super 8, and I don't think I will again!! It was very dirty. When I say dirty I mean everywhere. The lobby, the room was very worn and needed to be deep cleaned! The towels where worn out and dingy!! The drawers to put your clothing in had been painted and the masking tape was never removed. They were also dirty, so we could not use theme at all! The room that was set up for the continental breakfast, was about the size of a large broom closet. We looked around and it was so dirty that we left! It had a table from one of the rooms ,that would seat maybe four people very tightly. Everything on the counter was filthy, especialy the toaster. It was covered with grease and old stains! There was a small trash can that had garbage falling out of it all over the floor. There was a person sitting at the desk that could have looked up to see us . but choice not to!! Seems obvious that this management team needs to go!!! If you want to stay in Lancaster don't stay here!

This place is a dump. It is very dirty, there was hair in the shower, it was just gross. The carpet wasn't clean. They didn't change the garbages at all. They took our pizza and threw it out, and we were going to eat it yet. It was almost a whole pizza. The breakfast is only open til 9am

The room was clean but the sheets were too small and kept coming off. It was very annoying.The hotel was right on Rt 30 and was very noisy. We only saw the front desk clerk on check in and check out. And we requested a non smoking room but the whole hallway reeked of smoke NOT GOOD

The room was dirty and the building had seen its best days long ago. The beds were uncomfortable and we kept sliding to the middle all night. The desk clerk said they had a luggage cart but he didn't know where it was. The breakfast area was small and crowded -- only 3 tables with 2 chairs each. The second night there were very noisy people above us that kept us awake all night. The only good thing about it was that it was cheap. All in all it wasn't worth the savings. I'll know better than to stay here again.
