It was by far the worst motel we have ever stayed in. Dirty, funny smells, cigarette smells in non smoking rooms. Our air conditioner stopped working..so they down graded us to a different room. We had 5 pillows after asking for two more..and still did not even feel like we slept on pillows. Mattress was old and very worn out. NEVER AGAIN!!! Filty accomodations..point blank.

The place was nice and clean and very convenient to get in and out compared to other hotels around. Right on the major road that leads to the Mayo Clinic or Downtown. Fairgrounds is within a couple of blocks where there is some activities if you are there for the weekend. The Free shuttle service to the Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's hospital was a life saver. The breakfast was offered with wide variety of items. The staff was very helpful, even going out of their way to help a stranger. The new beds were really comfortable. Rooms have Micro/Refrig for longer stays. Overall, very nice Super8 I have seen for a long time.

The room was clean, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. This is not a hotel with all the perks, but for the money, you can't beat it. You will be close to malls, and restaurants, free shuttle to mayo picks you up at the front door, and drops you back off again.
I have stayed at this motel every time I go to mayo clinic, and I will continue to do so.
