Room was nice, great price from a online travel website.... farther away from King's Island than listed. Difficult to find due to no signs on main roads HORRID breakfast (litterally some plastic wrapped ""danish"", coffee and juice.. they didn't even have milk/cereal). Housekeeping was poor, they made the bed and left some towels, that is about it. Staff was very friendly.. easy check in and check out. Close to SOME resteraunts (be careful though.. they close early).

We arrived the hotel a little early (about 15 minutes early), and the person at the front desk provided our room number within 5 to 10 minutes. The room was very clean, and we had a large refrigerator, dishes, silverware, cookware, and a small stove. We were surprised that they provided dishes and silverware, especially since the room cost less than $ (with tax) for a studio room for one night. Everything in the room was in good condition, and we got plenty of towels. Coffee was available morning and night. The TV was in good condition, and the room was spacious. By the way, the hotel is easy to find. When you go to Dowlin Drive from Sharon Road, it is in an area with lots of hotels. It is the last hotel on the right side of the room. It is walking distance to a great BBQ restaurant (Burbank's).

We choose this hotel due to location and reasonable prices. It is very close to the freeway and many restaurants are available nearby. I wanted a place that was like an apartment so we could bring some food with us and be able to store leftovers after going out to eat. The room was very clean and we were happy that the room had a full refrigerator, drinking glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, and silverware. I had brought some with me just in case thee wasn't any. Some other people mentioned that the pillows were very thin. The pillows were very flat so they were not comfortable. We were so glad we brought our own pillows. We stayed in a studio room with one bed. The room was very clean and spacious. Coffee was available at the front of the hotel whenever my husband and I wanted some. In contrast to the other reviews, the hotel was easy to find. It is the last hotel on the left side of the road on a cul-de-sac, and it is across the street from Burbank's BBQ restaurant.

We choose this hotel due to location and reasonable prices. It is very close to the freeway and many restaurants are available nearby. We were very pleased with our stay at the Arcadia Residential suites. The staff were very friendly and the property well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. The fact that it had a kitchen worked well since we were traveling with two small kids. If you're not interested in cooking in the room though, there are many restaurants within a mile or less of the property. The hotel sits back a ways from any of the high traffic streets, so noise from traffic was minimal. The Pool area was clean and the pool temperature was great! The property itself is not the most fancy or up to date, but as far as comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff I give the Arcadia Residential suites an A. I would highly recommend this hotel for those who are traveling with kids, and need the comforts of home.
