  We found a bug on our bed when we got there. We assumed it was a fluke. Bad assumption--we went to bed and an hour later the bed was swarming with them. To add insult to injury, they refused to give us our money back, and weren't even interested in looking at the room. We spent the night at a hotel on the other side of the highway. It was quite nice--and bedbug free.

  There was a strong urine smell near the last two rooms on the east side. our rooms were unclean, hair in the sink, no towels, shower was dirty. would not ...

  There was a strong urine smell near the last two rooms on the east side. Our rooms were unclean, hair in the sink, no towels, shower was dirty. Would not have stayed but it was late when we arrived so we took this room as a last resort, went to another hotel next day.

  This is a converted Motel 6 with all rooms accessible from the outside. When you arrive you're greeted through bullet proof glass - first indication this won't be a pleasant stay - and you get the pleasure of doing your business through the little metal slots.
