  The room was very gross. Our feet were black from walking around. My son cut his finger on the a/c unit and within 12 hours it was infected. The pool was closed for the season, but Travelocity did not inform us, nor did they offer to help us find a new hotel. I was never greeted by a staff member, they never even smiled! We were so uncomfortable, we cut our trip short because we didn't want to stay there another night. They didn't give us any refund for the second night saying we should go through Travelocity. But we had already checked out and had no phone to call Travelocity. It seemed like because they knew we used Travelocity, they didn't care about us.

  Stayed July '07 for a KC Wizards game... room was tiny! Never had a motel room so small. I swear the bed was only a double. It was clean, but very small. The staff was very helpful though. I got lost going to the stadium and called the motel- they graciously gave me instructions. Won't stay here again though!

  Staff was excellent. i forgot to get my cash deposit back and the staff was honest regarding the oversight.

  The hotel is a good value, clean, comfortable and the service is awesome. When we entered our room it seemed that the room had been cleaned but that someone had been hanging out watching TV (the bed was messed up with pillows piled up). We called to inform the front desk and we were promptly moved to a business suite which was a larger room with more amenities and a larger bed at no extra cost. After that our weekend stay went wonderfully. The breakfast has a great selection, the location is good and the staff helpful.
